Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In the original packaging

    • In the same condition as received

  • To start a return, please contact us at terrie@axcessoring.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returns sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Intimate or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

  • Any and all items in the boutique section.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item).

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
